Dars Is Completely CRAZY 'Bout Coffee

Hi, it's me, Klu the Bear, and this is my blog 'bout how Dars is completely CRAZY 'bout coffee. Every morning when Uncle Kerms is makin' the coffee, she's doin' some helpin' and some pesterin'. 'Specially some pesterin'.

She always wants to smell the coffee beans when Uncle Kerms opens the jar. Here's a picture of her smellin' the coffee beans when Uncle Kerms opens the jar.

Then she has to climb up and watch him pour the coffee beans into the grinder. Here's a picture of Dars climbin' up and watchin' Uncle Kerms pour the coffee beans into the grinder.

Then she has to climb down and push the button to start the grinder. (You should hear her mwack if Uncle Kerms forgets and pushes the button himself.)

Then she has to stick her head in the place where the coffee crumbs come out to do some watchin'. Here's a picture of Dars stickin' her head in the place where the coffee crumbs come out.

Then she has to climb back up to see how many coffee beans are left. (She does it like this every morning.)

Then she goes back to doin' some watchin' where the coffee crumbs come out.

Then she has to do some sniffin' when Uncle Kerms pulls the little box out. Here's a picture of Dars doin' some sniffin' when Uncle Kerms pulls the box out.

Then she has to do some supervisin' when Uncle Kerms puts the coffee crumbs in the machine.

Then she has to press the button to turn the machine on. (You should hear her mwack if Uncle Kerms forgets and turns the machine on himself.) Then she does some waitin'. Here's a picture of Dars doin' some waitin'.

Uncle Kerms gives Dars a little cup of coffee every morning. (If he let her have any more than just a little cup, she'd be completely crazy all day.) She sticks her beak in and does some slurpin'. Here's a picture of Dars stickin' her beak in her coffee and doin' some slurpin.

Isn't she the cutest baby duck you ever knew? 'Cept she has really bad coffee breath after she does some slurpin'.

Love,
Klu the Bear
